Jamaica Giants Terms & Condition description
  • Reservations, cancellations or booking modifications will be accepted by phone or email at least 24hrs prior to arrival. Same day reservations will be accepted on a space availability.
  • Reservations are required for any group arriving by full size bus – over 12 persons.
  • Jamaica Giants has special NET rates available for tourism professionals, offering approximately 20% discount
  • Payment is due in FULL and payable at Jamaica Giants on arrival. Applicable for all bookings and based on the agreed rates.
  • Commission is only paid once a sale has been made.
  • Payment policies may vary for certain group programs, or any other particular condition.
  • In event of circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to Act of God, natural disasters, road closures or civil unrest, the Jamaica Giants management team reserves the right to cancel or modify tours as required.

Amateur photographers may take still photos (outdoor and in the galleries) for personal use only. No commercial or publication of any images of, or relating to, Jamaica Giants is allowed without prior written approval by the owner of the property.
